Lauren Bubela joined Ryan Associates in 2007 and her work has ranged from assembling permitting and construction document packages to creating presentation drawings and materials. Lauren earned her Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from the University of Connecticut where she made Dean’s List all four years. Before and during her studies at the University, Lauren interned at the Bartlett Arboretum where she was primarily responsible for maintaining the grounds, designing and implementing new garden areas and creating visitor wayfinding materials. Lauren also took part in a community assistance internship through the University in which she helped turn a campus landfill into an educational park and wetland restoration area. She has also volunteered at Elizabeth Park, a historical rose garden in Hartford, CT.
