This project combines the clean up of 6 arsenic laden ponds dating back over 100 years, with a comprehensive open space plan for over 200 acres of town land and over 200 new townhouse and single family units for the over 55 age group. The open space planning encompasses an active recreation area with a new multipurpose field, stadium, play areas and several miles of walking trails that will connect town open spaces.
