Ryan Associates worked with the Hobbs Brook Corporation to develop Community Open Space plans, innovative soundwall design, and gardens for the per-mitted homes. Aiming to preserve and enhance the features of the native landscape, a new orchard planted on a knoll shields the front entrance from Route 2, and a new pond and meadow are surrounded by stone walls and woods. The central green features a rolling landscape with native trees and meadows bound by a rail fence and walking path.
