This design achieves the impression of a spacious landscape through the use of a simple materials palette. Much of the sense of space is achieved by varying grades to separate one area from another. Spaces include a generous stone patio for dining, a grassy children’s play area, intimate side gardens, and an easily identifiable home office entrance for visitors which provides an effective separation of work from play and home life. Distinctive details encourage greater interest and movement through the garden spaces.
