Ryan Associates is often called upon by Property Management Groups to study older multifamily developments across New England. These properties are in need of revitalization due to years of poor maintenance, exposure and aging in general. We are often asked to make aesthetic improvements to such properties, but once we are on-site, become acutely aware of other safety concerns such as weak tree limbs, pavement heaving, poor drainage and visibility. The following is a series of such projects where we have compiled reports on ways these aging properties can be improved in terms of aesthetics, safety, and revitalization.
