Tom Ryan joined the Field Operations team during the design of the first phase of New York City’s acclaimed High Line, consulting on both the first and second phases.
He assisted in the development of project details and document sets, as well as advising the team during construction.
Implementation phase services included peer review of bidding and shop drawings, tree tagging, and periodic on-site visits to review the construction.
